
While we are naturally capable of handling stress, most of us take on more than what we may be able to handle. This leads to chronic stress, impacting us mentally, emotionally and physically.
Stress Management Series offers a variety of ways you may choose from, that may balance, neutralize and diminish chronic stress in your life. This includes stretching, breathing, relaxation, guided meditation and energy work. Flexibility is NOT required as we do very minimal, if any, poses, which is one of many aspects of Yoga.

Beginner Yoga Series
Beginner Yoga Series applies the skills you have learned in Beginner Gentle Yoga to help you deepen your stress management skills. This series consists of three levels that build upon each other, as a whole, include easy postures, breathing and meditation.




Seasonal Yoga & Ayurveda
Seasonal Yoga & Ayurveda classes are based on the seasons and the understanding that we are nature. With each season there is a quality and a way to treat our bodies and minds with movements, breath, awareness, self care and diets, which helps to manage stress and deepen your knowledge on how to practice Yoga according to nature.
This is a great class to apply the skills you have learned in the Beginner Yoga Series, Level 1 and beyond.

Intermediate Yoga Series
Intermediate Yoga Series applies the skills you have learned in the Beginner Yoga Series to transform stress management skills to the training ground of personal growth. This series consists of three levels that build upon each other, as a whole, include a more demanding Hatha Yoga sequence furthering your experience regarding postures, breathing and meditation.



Energy Work

Energy Work
Energy Work is part of the Stress Management Series. This modality works with the subtle flow of energy, releasing blockages, bringing balance to your energy system. Through this process, you may experience a sense of calm, relaxation and peace.

Womb Work

Womb Work
Womb Work teaches you how to connect to your womb space, which is where our deepest intuition and creativity lies. For women, this practice ranges from learning about your hormone cycles and patterns, self care tips to practices to honoring different stages of life, sharing experiences, movement, breathwork and song. Through this work, we begin to discover and learn to release stuck energy that may be holding you back in remembering the essence of who you really are and learn how to support other women in your life.







Private Lessons
Private lessons begin where you are and is more open in terms of options vs a class setting. This can be individual or a small group with a common goal. Utilizing the tools for transformation, we begin with stress management through the lens of Ayurveda and Yoga (which is much more than just postures). During this time, you may be able to incorporate additional goals. This also works great in conjunction with therapy, but is not a replacement for it.
Along with experiencing techniques based on where you are at, this work may look like bouncing around concepts for contemplation or being guided through stretches and relaxation, mindfulness to moving through emotions as they come up, learning about your cycles, patterns or connecting to your womb/hara space or going through all of the programs as they are, diving in deeper, one on one where they are tailored to you. You may also choose to use one of your sessions to experience a Reiki Session or personalized Yoga Nidra Session. The options are limitless.
The commitment you make to do the work is up to you, but we always begin with stress management (at your pace), which may evolve into transformation if you want to go further, but they are based on where you are at now and how much time you choose to invest in yourself.
