"If you're thinking about starting yoga for the first time I highly recommend Monique Dupre. She will make sure you are comfortable with it and with yourself. You won't ever feel pressured or humiliated if you can't stretch enough or if you're uncomfortable with a certain position. Years ago i tried a yoga class and I felt like I didn't belong because I wasn't able to do what everyone else was doing. Some people were giving the side eye or rolling their eyes. Who is this for? Anyone who would like to learn more about stress management and chooses the path of transformation through direct personal experience.
What I do:
Teach tools for life transformation - Including, but not limited to using various techniques (methods such as relaxation techniques, breathing and easy stretching techniques) in person and remote for stress management, awareness/mindfulness, which may result growth in consciousness and making life changes from the present moment from a Classical Yogic/Ayurvedic perspective.
