Beginner Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra is part of the Stress Management Series, starting from where you are. In this class you will learn how to listen to your body utilizing slow, gentle movements with the breath. This helps to calm the body and mind, followed by effortlessly entering deep relaxation with a Yoga Nidra (type of guided meditation). Flexibility is NOT required as we do very minimal, if any, asana (poses), which is one of many aspects of Yoga.
