Private lessons begin where you are. Utilizing the tools for transformation, we begin with stress management through the lens of Ayurveda and Yoga (which is much more than just postures). During this time, you may be able to incorporate additional goals. This also works great in conjunction with therapy, but is not a replacement for it.
Along with experiencing techniques based on where you are at, this work may look like bouncing around concepts for contemplation or being guided through stretches and relaxation, mindfulness to moving through emotions as they come up, learning about your cycles, patterns or connecting to your womb/hara space or going through all of the programs as they are, diving in deeper, one on one where they are tailored to you. You may also choose to use one of your sessions to experience a Reiki Session or personalized Yoga Nidra Session. The options are limitless.
The commitment you make to do the work is up to you, but we always begin with stress management (at your pace), which may evolve into transformation if you want to go further, but they are based on where you are at now and how much time you choose to invest in yourself.
