While we are naturally capable of handling stress, most of us take on more than what we may be able to handle. This leads to chronic stress, impacting us mentally, emotionally and physically.
Stress Management Series offers a variety of ways you may choose from, that may balance, neutralize and diminish chronic stress in your life. This includes stretching, breathing, relaxation, guided meditation and energy work. Flexibility is NOT required as we do very minimal, if any, poses, which is one of many aspects of Yoga.
